SPGIMS, Lucknow Recruitment 2024 Education Qualification and Work Experience

1. Junior Engineer (Telecom):

Essential: 

  • First class diploma in telecommunication/electronics engineering with 2 years experience in the concerned field.

2. Senior Administrative Assistant:

Essential:

  1. Graduate with knowledge of noting & drafting and knowledge of computer. 
  2. A typing speed of 30 w.p.m. in English OR 25 w.p.m. in Hindi.
  3. Experience- Minimum One year experience in Government/ Public Service Undertaking/ Autonomous government organization/ Including Contractual/ Outsourced workers working in Government Organization. 
  4. After appointment Candidates will be compulsorily required to learn bilingual typing in both Hindi and English with speed of 25/30 wpm in Hindi and English, respectively. This will be the responsibility of the Candidate to be accomplished within the probation period of 2 years and would be tested by the concerned Establishment by a skill test. If the candidate fails to clear the test during the probation period his/her services will be terminated. 

3. Stenographer:

Essential:

  1. Graduate. 
  2. Stenography speed - 80 w.p.m. in Hindi OR English 
  3. Typing speed - 25 w.p.m. in Hindi OR 30 w.p.m. in English, on computer/ desktop 
  4. Knowledge in computer applications. 
  5. After appointment Candidates will be compulsorily required to learn bilingual typing in both Hindi and English with speed of 25/30 wpm in Hindi and English, respectively. 5. Nursing Officer:

Essential:

  1. B.Sc. (Hons) Nursing/B.Sc Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council recognized Institute or University

  1. B.Sc. (Post certificate) / Post Basic B.Sc Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council recognized Institute/Board or University.
  2. Registered as Nurse & Midwife in State / India Nursing Council
            OR 
  1. Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery from an Indian Nursing Council. 
  2. Registered as Nurse & Midwife in State / Indian Nursing Council 
  3. Two years experience in minimum 50 bedded Hospital after acquiring the educational qualification mentioned above.

6. Perfusionist:

Essential:

  1. B.Sc. Degree in Medical Perfusion from a recognized Institute/University 
OR 

  1. B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University with certificate in Perfusion Technology (awarded by a recognized Institution/ Association/ Authority (such as Association of Thoracic and Cardio Vascular Surgeons of India) after minimum 01 year training in a center with CVTS Services. AND 01 year experience in clinical perfusion. 

7. Technician (Radiology):

Essential:

  1. 10 + 2 with Science subjects or equivalent from a recognized Board / University. 
  2. Diploma (2 years course) in Radiography Techniques from a recognized Institution. 
  3. 1 year experience as Radiographer. 
OR 

  1. B. B.Sc. (Hons.) (3 years course) in Radiography from a recognized University / Institution.

9. Medical Lab Technologist:

Essential: 

  1. Bachelors Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology/Medical Laboratory Science from a Govt. recognized university/ institution with two years relevant experience in a Laboratory attached with a hospital having minimum 100 beds. 

10. Technician (Radiotherapy):

Essential:

  1. 10+2 with Science subjects or equivalent from a recog. Board/ University. 
  2. Diploma (2 yrs. course) in Radiotherapy Techniques from a recog. Institution. 
  3. One year exp. as Radiotherapy Technician. 
OR 

  1. B.Sc. (Hons.) (3 yrs. course) in Radiotherapy from a recog. University/ Institution

11. Technical Assistant (Neuro-Otology):

Essential: 

  1. B.Sc. Degree in Speech and Hearing from a recognized Institution/ University.

15. Technician (Dialysis):

Essential:

  1. B.Sc. in Dialysis Technology OR B.Sc. With diploma in Dialysis technology of 02 years and one year experience of working as dialysis technician in a Hospital of 20 dialysis unit. If candidates above qualification are not found than following qualification shall be considered. B.Sc. in life science plus 02 years experience of working as dialysis technician in a hospital of 20 Dialysis Units.

17. Sanitary Inspector Gr.I:

Essential:

  1. Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized board. 
  2. Certificate of sanitary Inspector course. 
  3. Seven (07) years of experience in the line, preferably in a hospital of repute. 

Reservation:

  1. Scheduled Tribes/Scheduled Castes/Other Backward Castes (OBC), EWS, and other categories (horizontal reservation) will be as per the existing orders of the Uttar Pradesh Government. Candidates of reserved categories from outside Uttar Pradesh will be considered under the 'UR' (Unreserved) category.
  2. EWS certificate valid for the year 2024-25, based on the income of the financial year 2023-24, will be considered.
  3. Only domicile and reservation certificates issued by the Government of Uttar Pradesh will be considered valid. These certificates should be the latest and verifiable online on the UP Government Portal.
  4. In the case of female candidates, a valid caste certificate issued from the father's side will be considered valid.
  5. Changes in the reservation policy enforced by the Government of Uttar Pradesh through policy directions, ordinances, or orders will be applicable.
  6. The reservation policy of the Government of Uttar Pradesh will be followed.
  7. The Uttar Pradesh Public Services (Reservation for physically handicapped, dependents of freedom fighters, and ex-servicemen) Act 1993 and its amendments will apply to horizontal reservation, applicable only to identified posts in the Divyang category.
  8. For Divyang candidates requiring a scribe/writer for the examination, government rules will apply. Candidates should arrange their own scribe/writer, as per the guidelines issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment.

SPGIMS, Lucknow Recruitment 2024 Age Criteria:

  1. The decisive date for age calculation for recruitment is 1st January 2024. The candidate must be at least 18 years old and not more than 40 years old on this date.
  2. Upper age limit relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates up to a maximum period of 5 years is applicable as per relevant Government Orders of Uttar Pradesh.
  3. Permanent Government Employees with at least 3 years of regular and continuous service in the relevant field are eligible for a maximum age relaxation of 5 years, as per Government Orders of Uttar Pradesh.
  4. For ex-servicemen applying for direct entry posts, as per U.P. Government Niyukti (kha) department number 5/1/66-niyukti (kha) dated 16.3.1970, they can deduct the period of their service in the armed forces from their actual age. If the resultant age after deduction does not exceed the maximum age limit prescribed for the post/service by more than 3 years, they shall be deemed to satisfy the upper age limit condition. However, they must have rendered satisfactory approved military service in any wing of the army, navy, or air forces, and they should be otherwise eligible for the post.
  5. In the case of Divyang/Disabled/Handicapped candidates, the age relaxation is up to a maximum period of 15 years, as per Government Order No. 18/1/2008-Ka/2/2008 Karmik-anubhag2 dated 03.02.2008 of the Government of Uttar Pradesh.

SPGIMS, Lucknow Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

1. Medium of Examination: 

  • The computer-based test/exam will be conducted in the English language only.

2. Hall Ticket: 

  • Applicants can print their hall ticket for the Common Recruitment Test (CRT) online from the Institute's website: [www.sgpgi.ac.in](http://www.sgpgi.ac.in) or [www.sgpgims.org.in](http://www.sgpgims.org.in).

3. Common Recruitment Test (CRT):

  •    Duration: 2 hours
  •    Total Marks: 100
  •    Format: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)

Distribution of Marks:

  • 60 marks on subject(s) related to the post
  • 10 marks on General English
  • 10 marks on General Knowledge
  • 10 marks on Reasoning
  • 10 marks on Mathematical Aptitude
Marking Scheme: 
  • 1 mark for correct answer, and 1/3 (one-third) mark deducted for wrong answers (negative marking).
Minimum Qualifying Marks:

  • General, EWS, OBC: 50%
  •  SC & ST: 45%

SPGIMS, Lucknow Recruitment 2024 Skill Test/Technical Examination:

  • Conducted after the CRT, wherever required (e.g., for posts like Stenographer, Senior Administrative Assistant).
  •  Candidates shortlisted for the Skill Test/Technical Examination will be three times the number of advertised posts in each category.
  •  In case of a tie at the last place, all tied candidates will be called for the Skill Test/Technical Examination.
  •  The Skill Test/Technical Examination will be qualifying in nature and will not be counted in the overall selection process.

6. Eligibility Status for Skill Test/Technical Examination: 

  • The list of eligible applicants for the Skill Test/Technical Examination will be declared on the Institute's website after the CRT.

7. Final Merit List:

  • Prepared based on the marks obtained in the CRT for all categories separately.
  • Rank awarded to all qualified applicants.
  • For the General (Unreserved) category, all applicants (including reserved categories) will be considered, whereas for reserved categories, only applicants of that category will be taken into account.
  • Tie-Breaking Rules:
  • Total marks of tied candidates
  • Date of birth (older candidate placed higher)
  • Number of wrong answers/negative marks (less wrong answers placed higher)
  • Total marks in the 'core' section of the examination
  • Application number (earlier application number placed higher)
