Emoluments |
In addition to Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, increment @ 3% of Basic
Pay per annum, Perks @ 35% of Basic Pay, HRA, and other benefits which
include CPF, Gratuity, Social Security Schemes, Medical Benefits, etc., are
admissible as per AAI rules. The Cost to Company per annum would be around
Rs. 13 lakhs approximately. |

Pay protection will be provided to eligible candidates who are coming
through proper channel from other CPSEs/State PSUs/Govt. Dept. immediately
before joining AAI. Such pay protection will be provided as per DPE
Guidelines. |

AAI Recruitment 2024 Selection procedure
Here is the brief selection procedure
Age and Eligibility Criteria: Candidates' age and
eligibility criteria will be considered as of May 1, 2024.
GATE Examination: Only candidates who appeared in GATE-2024
in relevant disciplines and registered their applications on the AAI portal
will be considered for further selection.
Application Verification: Candidates will be shortlisted
based on details furnished in the application form and called for application
verification. Original documents will be verified at this stage.
Merit List: A provisional selection will be made based on
the merit list prepared using GATE scores and other eligibility criteria.
Resolution of Tie Cases: In case of ties in GATE scores, age
will be considered, followed by marks in the qualifying degree.
Reserved Category Candidates: Reserved category candidates
selected under the unreserved category will not be adjusted against a reserved
vacancy.
Provisional Selection: Application numbers of provisionally
selected candidates will be declared on the AAI website, and offer letters will
be sent to their registered email IDs.
Training and Bond: Selected candidates for the post of
Junior Executive (Electronics) will undergo approximately six months of
training and will be required to execute a surety bond.
Verification of Documents: Selection will be provisional,
subject to verification of documents relating to eligibility criteria,
character, antecedents, medical fitness, etc.
Appointment: Appointment will be subject to further
verification of documents related to age, qualifications, caste, medical
fitness, etc., from issuing authorities to ensure suitability for the post.
How to apply
Here is the brief procedure and instruction on how to apply
for the online application.
Eligibility: Only Indian Nationals who meet the eligibility
criteria should apply.
Verification of Information: Candidates must ensure that all
information provided is correct and cross-check details before submitting the
application.
Online Application: Applications must be submitted online
through the official website of AAI under the "CAREERS" tab. No other
mode of application will be accepted.
GATE Examination: Only candidates who meet the prescribed
eligibility criteria and have appeared in GATE 2024 can apply.
Registration: Candidates need to register their email ID and
mobile number on the online portal before applying. These details cannot be
changed later.
Documents Required: Candidates should have essential
documents/details ready, including educational qualifications, personal
details, caste/category certificate, discharge certificate (for Ex-Servicemen),
scanned photograph and signature, and payment details.
Name and Date of Birth: Name and date of birth should match
the Matriculation certificate. Any subsequent changes should be supported by
legal documentation.
Closing Date: Candidates are advised to apply well before
the closing date to avoid any technical issues. AAI will not be responsible for
any delays due to internet or website issues.
Printout of Application: After submission, candidates should
take a printout of the application for their records.
Submission of Documents: No documents need to be submitted
by post or email along with the online application.
Beware of Fraudulent Advertisements: Candidates should rely
only on information available on the official AAI website and avoid responding
to unauthorized advertisements.
Instruction regarding Photograph
Here's a brief summary of the instructions regarding the
scanning of photograph and signature:
Photograph Image:
Must be a recent passport size color picture (not older than
3 months).
Avoid wearing a cap, hat, or dark glasses in the photograph.
Religious headwear is permitted as long as it doesn't cover the face.
The size of the scanned photograph file should be between
20kb to 50kb, with dimensions of 200x230 pixels.
Signature Image:
Sign on white paper with black ink pen.
The size of the signature file should be between 10kb to
20kb, with preferred dimensions of 140x60 pixels.
Important Note:
Ensure that both the photograph and signature are clear and
legible. Blurred or illegible photographs or signatures may result in the
rejection of the application.

Candidates may take a printout of the submitted application for
future reference. There is no need to send the printout to AAI Office. |
